1. I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead. 2. I specified returning the car at Salt Lake City Airport, but later found that our hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the airport (in fact, it was in the city center), so I asked if we could return the car in the city center instead. The answer was no. After returning the car at the airport, there was no service to take us back to the hotel.

The store reception was very patient. Since we had already paid in full, there were no additional sales pitches. The car pick-up process was very quick.

Renting a car at Salt Lake City Airport was very convenient, right at the airport exit. After completing the paperwork at the counter, the staff gave us the keys and told us the parking spot number, and we went to the rear parking lot to get the car ourselves. They also provided a damage report for the car, informing us that if we found any issues upon inspection, we could contact the staff in the parking lot to correct them. The staff asked if we wanted to add roadside assistance insurance. Since we were told that we would get a brand new car with only 4000 miles on it, and our rental fee already included comprehensive insurance, we felt it was unnecessary to add any extra coverage (which proved to be correct, as the trip went smoothly and the car was in excellent condition).

The car was not easy to drive. It lacked power for uphill driving and overtaking.

Quite worry-free and the procedures are simple.
