Pretty good overall. Pick-up and drop-off were both easy and convenient. The car was a bit old, but it handled Jordan’s road conditions just fine.

The staff were enthusiastic and efficient, with good expertise.

First time using their car. Picked it up at the airport and returned it at the border. Service was good. After returning the car in Aqaba, they drove us to the border (even though there was a fee, we were still satisfied). The car was in decent condition. When picking up the car, the gas tank wasn't full, but it's the same when returning it anyway.

The rental process was fairly smooth, and the service attitude was good.

Not impressed with the car and the service. The vehicle was quite old. Thriifty didn't have a desk at the airport and all documents / deposit needed to be done at the parking airport. Bit unusual. Was kinda difficult to return the car as well.
