I had already informed the rental company that I did not need any insurance, yet they forcibly added PAI/PEC. Additionally, they charged two deposits of $200 each, totaling $400, but the rental paperwork only shows a deposit of $200. However, my credit card records indicate two $200 charges. When returning the car, I was told the deposit authorization would be released on the same day, but it's already been two days and it hasn't been lifted yet. I hope QEEQ can help coordinate the refund of the deposit.

The speed of the pickup service was okay.

I wanted to rent a high-end car like the Chrysler 300C, but I got a Buick LaCrosse instead. That aside, the trunk couldn't be locked, and it could still be opened even when the car was locked, which made me nervous for more than ten days. Another disappointment was that, just like with domestic rental companies, there was no windshield washer fluid! Thankfully, I didn't encounter bad weather; otherwise, I don’t know what I would have done.

Chinese reception, speaks Mandarin. They didn't inform us in advance that the reserved car was unavailable. Upon picking up the car, we found out and communicated with the staff. They offered us a smaller Dodge or a Chevrolet for an extra $300 per day. We ended up spending an additional $160 on two insurances (one of which was for collision with uninsured vehicles, which in hindsight, was unnecessary). Returning the car was smooth; it was inspected on the spot and the deposit was refunded within two hours.
