I arrived in Munich at 5:30 AM and followed the signs to the car rental company. However, I learned they don't open until 6 AM. After they opened, I was ready to pick up the car, but the staff apologized and said they couldn't find the keys at the moment, so I had to wait. I had reserved an automatic car, but the rental staff asked if I could drive a manual and upgraded me to a BMW 116i. Since I had a meeting at 9 AM, I opted for the manual. Overall, the car was in great condition and it was very good.

Second time using, quite familiar with the process

Car exactly as expected, worked fine. Customer service agent at pick up was friendly and helpful.

No issues with booking. Didn't get any price drop notifications this time.

On arrival I had to wait nearly an hour with 4 children as there was only one person working at the desk. When I returned the car I realised I left my tablet under the passenger seat for safe keeping, when I called to them to retrieve it they said they didn't see it and I should email the office, nearly a week later I still got no reply!!!
