The service is good, but the selection of 7-seater cars is limited; there was only one available when we went.

HERTZ's service is not great. They tried to upsell other services at pickup, which wasted time, and the prices are high. At drop-off, they wanted to charge $175 for cleaning because there was some sand in the car. Although they didn't charge in the end after some argument, it was an unpleasant experience.

The car was very new, only 6000 miles on it. Although they suggested switching to an SUV, they didn't push when I declined. Returning the car was very convenient, with a shuttle bus taking us to the terminal.

Store setup is good, pickup and return are relatively convenient, and the price is competitive.
