I had lost days on my trip, had to cover additional hotel costs. lost a meeting which i had to reschedule for September. lost days on my bookings that i paid for. How was i to drive in the rain with no windshield wipers. Was emailed a credit and no credit passed

On your booking the amount given i was charged a little more, this could have been due to exchange rate at the time. Was quoted around R26000 and billed R28000 when collected the vehicle was charged an additional R10000.

Wait at the pickup is unbearably long.. was expecting a much smoother pickup since all information was provided months ago and reservation was made with full prepay long ago

I had to wait TWO HOURS to get my car. This has never happened to me before. There was a long line and not enough counter staff--between 1 and (rarely) 3 the whole time I was waiting. They were slow and not entirely competent, and their systems were not working well. I will not rent from Budget again!
