Excellent experience overall. Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient. The only issue was that the parking lot at Los Angeles Airport was hard to find and lacked clear signage.

I rented a car from Alamo at San Francisco Airport. It was a Dodge that had run 14,000 miles. On September 15th, the agent, who spoke broken Chinese, told me that if I paid an extra fee of a little over $3, I wouldn't need to fill the tank when returning the car. I believed him and signed. As a result, I was charged $51 when I returned the car on the 30th.
