It had a flat car battery Europe jumper started it Took 45 minute We stopped half way to our destination went to continue but the car would not start the car was total dead Check under the bonnet found the negative terminal on the battery was loose Tightened the nut and the car started Not really happy she we dropped off told Europe car and they said thanks saved us a trip not good enough put us 1 30minute behind We were then driving in twilight lots of kangaroos at that time glad we did not hit one

The car exceeded my expectations. It was a nice car to drive around and there were no damages. It was like a brand new car. It allows us to connect our phone and display our GPS on the screen directly instead of looking through our phones which is a plus point. However, the lady staff at Europcar wasn’t that friendly when assisting us, for that there is some room of improvements.

Very very bad services, I booked mercedes benz c 300 that is premium car but I got a small car folk (golf). They said no premium car at that time, that’s mean making reservation is equal as I walk in to rent a car, and my friend booked another booking the same as me mercedes benz c300 but got small car benz GLA .
