Very smooth experience.

The office opens only after 1 PM on Sunday, even though there are staff and cars in the office, they do not provide services until after 1 PM. The paperwork was processed quickly, without recommending additional insurance or roadside assistance.

Promised a Mercedes but got a Kia instead. Staff insisted it was the same category, but the difference is huge! The drop-off point was terrible, didn't see a single staff member. Had to park the car myself and return the keys to a store 300 meters away, and had to queue with others returning their cars. No luggage carts around the parking area either. Thankfully, I checked in my luggage at the airport first before returning the car, otherwise Hertz would have made it a nightmare!

Simple and easy process for booking the cat

We were upgraded to a Volvo V60 diesel, which was great. The vehicle was new and very feature packed, and we loved our drive in Norway with this wonderful car. Many thanks to Hertz for this! However, we would suggest to Hertz ihat the personnel at the rental counter shoukd typically take a few minutes to take the customer to their assigned vehicle, and spend a few minutes with basic orientation. That allows customers to ask questions on the car, since we come from Asia, and some of our cars are different from the ones used in Europe.

The platform was great, very responsive, and the customer service was also very prompt!
