Rented two identical cars at the same time, but the deposit was 3000 NOK for one and 8000 NOK for the other. When I asked the staff why, they said they randomly entered a price. How can this job be done so arbitrarily? It seems like there are a lot of shady practices! The car was a Suzuki version of the RAV4 with 18,000 km on it, which is relatively new. There were noticeable scratches on the right side, and both the exterior and interior were not very clean. Overall, just average!

When I picked the car up the lady in the office and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. I think it was a bit cheeky to charge me a "one-way" fee for returning a Swedish registered car to Sweden from Norway - but - c'est la vie....
