Extremely satisfied! Due to heavy snowfall, we couldn't pick up the car in the city center on time. The rental agency in the city center flexibly arranged for us to pick up the car at the airport. Although there was no car available at the airport, they still made an effort to find a solution for us.

They arrived promptly after a call, very proactive.

The car was in excellent condition, a nearly new vehicle with only 10,000 kilometers, fully equipped with all essential features you could think of.

Overall very satisfied. The vehicle was in good condition and should be a Suzuki SUV.

The car pickup and return process is convenient and efficient.

Initially, I was supposed to pick up the car in the center of Svolvær, but after contacting the rental company, a staff member delivered the car directly to the airport. Returning it was just as easy, simply returning it at the airport. It was incredibly convenient. Additionally, they upgraded me to a Volvo XC30, and the car was in excellent condition. Highly recommended.

Satisfied. The car rental process was very simple. Just needed a driver's license and a passport. The staff gave them a quick glance and told me to use 95-grade gasoline, and that was it.

Pretty good, but the attendant was hard to find.

The location is easy to find, Avis has a prominent sign, situated in the central area, less than a ten-minute walk from the pier, with a large parking area at the entrance, making pickup and drop-off very convenient.
