Europcar customer service agent is great and helpful even when we need to do an extra day extension request

Car pickup was pretty easy; it's my first time renting a car abroad.

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

Ended up in a different car. I have always used my debit card as I do not own a credit card but was told at pick up that is not allowed with this booking as I hired a premium car. This information should have been passed on at time of booking. I then ended up with A choice of 2 cars since everything else was booked out. A camry or Renault, I asked what was a Renault and was told its a nice sedan. I paid for that and was given a Renault koleos, a big SUV not a sedan.

Easy process just need more information on deposits and security bonds
