Like: Good rental rate and free upgrade for the long wait time.
Dislike: Long wait time: took nearly 2 hrs from checking out the vehicle at the Houston Hobby airport to the shuttle bus to having an available vehicle before drive-out.

Everything was good. The only drawback was being forced to pay for roadside assistance insurance, over 1000 yuan, which seemed unnecessary and turned out to be useless. This wasn't mentioned when booking the car.

“Good booking experience with QEEQ but bad experience from the on-site counter staff..”

Counter staff sold me misrepresented insurance.. told me I don’t have insurance for scratches and my collision insurance doesn’t cover for it.. when I receive my receipt.. it’s for premium road side assistance.. I decline to make payment for it and will lodge complaint against it.
