Would absolutely not recommend Interrent to anyone. It took over 60 minutes to get the vehicle and once at the counter they charged me an extra 80€ on "basic services". Once that was over, the car was as expected, but they didn´t even have the thought of cleaning it. Overall a bad experience.

Il y avait 2 personnes devant nous pour récupérer la voiture. A réception, nous avons constaté des rayures supplémentaires à celles indiquées sur le document, mais le personnel n'avait pas le temps de venir vérifier étant donné qu'il y avait encore 4 personnes après nous. Ils nous ont dit de prendre des photos, et heureusement, car sinon les rayures nous auraient été attribuées. Il faudrait plus de personnel pour prendre plus de temps avec le client.

Car was due for service but they didn’t seem to worry about this. Car wasn’t really clean. Guy at the counter under the pressure : only 1 man for 6/7 customers. Should be precised that this agency is located within the Europcar’s office.

All good. Easy and quick to book.

Didn't appreciate, on pickup, the hard selling tactics of additional insurance and threats around penalties for damage or not refuelling the car on return. Stating that prices are cheap because there's an expectation that additional sales will be made on pickup made you feel you were being cheated. Ignoring all that, the car provided was in good condition and caused no problems.
