My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

Poor service and bad experience affected my trip mood. The rental company is run by a Chinese, small in scale and ground. During the return, we had to move our stuff three times from the car. The road to Twelve Apostles Hotel was not very good, some mud splashed on the back of the car. The rental company insisted we wash it. They said we could use their water to wash it ourselves, but they claimed several cars were waiting for a wash, and directed us to a nearby self-service car wash which cost 11 AUD after waiting. Strongly not recommended. If possible, definitely use a larger chain rental company.
