It was hard to find the car as it was located near pillar 58, and returning the car was even more difficult. You have to rely on road signs and can't fully trust the navigation. My phone fell off in the car, and when I went back to email them about it being lost, they couldn't find it either.

Too many people and slow service caused excessively long queue times, wasting a lot of my limited time during a short layover in Hawaii.
