The main driver did not have an international credit card, which resulted in being unable to pick up the car or get a refund. It took over an hour of back-and-forth communication to be informed that changes or refunds were not possible. Had to make a new booking on the spot. Extremely poor experience.

The location is easy to find, the car is very new, and the return process is very quick.
