Overall, it's okay. However, when picking up the car, they said I still had some unpaid balance, even though I had prepaid in full. In the end, they let me take the car and said to call them if there were any issues.

The driver seat was tilted and uncomfortable, eventually giving me back pain. No shuttle to the terminal us a big obstacle. I was almost late to my flight. Return address was not clear!!!
