I was then directed to the parking lot where a staff member brought a similar type of car. The rental process was smooth. Later, in Los Angeles, I accidentally bumped the front bumper. When I exchanged the car, the staff noticed I had insurance, making the return process smooth. Therefore, having insurance is quite necessary. Additionally, if you're not far from the airport, they can arrange a driver to drop you off at your destination for free!

The prices are relatively cheap, but there are many people in line, significantly more than other companies, so it takes some time to wait. Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, the staff takes a look and gets it done in a minute!
