Very satisfied. I'd like to emphasize that I had two flat tires on the Great Ocean Road. We were a group of five, including adults and children. Although I had full insurance, the local service only towed the car but didn't transport people. It was already past 6 PM and getting dark, so we were very anxious. Fortunately, the rental company sent someone with spare tires to rescue us after more than three hours. We are really grateful to them.

The store is far from the airport, shuttle service is not timely, the provided vehicle did not match the booked car category, the car was in poor condition with many visible damages, which led to disputes during return and even attempts to blame me for pre-existing damages

A little bit of confusion on the pick up location (in part due to the strange airport pick-up kerb layout), other than that the whole process went smoothly. For anyone that speaks Chinese, they have staff whole speak Mandarin.

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.
