Extremely poor after-sales service and claims process

Picking up and returning the car was quite convenient. There was a small issue with some scratches on the car, but after explaining it to the rental company, they didn't press further. Overall, I am satisfied.

Call for pick up method is waste the time for foreigner that may be can’t make the call. When return, you need to return at their store outside the airport, not suitable for early bird flight. But the car was Ok, I requested Camry but got Volvo v60

The car was an older model and its wasn't smooth in driving. The car didn't even have a standard feature cruise control which make the whole journey tiring. I was given Hyundi instead of KIA and that too was quite old and noisy.

I had booked a Nissan Qashdai prior to my trip, for sure i noted that i may not get Nissan Qashdai as the rental car platform already stated the car may differ due to the demand. Nonetheless, i get a Holden Captiva Old Car without any reverse camera or USB port. After lodged complaint, they change Suzuki Vitara to me with the more than 110K km mileage. I did not see any Nissan Qashdai or better car at their shop. Probably they are using Nissan Qashdai photos with cheapest price to misleading customer. Not recommended.
