One staff member on my two rentals was excellent, but the other who tried to sell insurance and failed was quite unhappy, so it really depends on the person. Still better than Dollar.

Stay away from Tacoma Airport! It will be a frustrating experience! Long wait times for paperwork and car pickup. I've never encountered such hassle at an airport in the U.S. It takes at least an hour and a half to get a car! Terrible service.

I had pre-booked a full-size car, but there were none available when I arrived. They even asked if I wanted a 2-door car. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I was given a bright red car. Two grown men driving a bright red car for a business trip, we were too embarrassed to park it in front of the company. I will definitely not use Budget again.
