Picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

The Chinese language service is nice and very helpful. Changing the drop-off location was also smooth, but there was a charge that wasn't clearly explained over the phone. Simple procedures, easy pickup and return, and the car was in excellent condition.

The GPS provided was quite unreliable, often directing us to toll roads, but everything else was fine. Both pick-up and drop-off were fairly quick.

The Alamo rental station at San Francisco Airport was extremely busy on December 26th, with long queues.
