They gave me a lower-grade car when I picked it up. I only realized this at the parking lot and had to go back to the service desk to confirm the order! After a few minutes of broken English communication, he admitted that he looked at the wrong order! There were no other customers at the service desk when I was being served! The old man was really sly! It wasted a lot of time.

Rented the car early in the morning. There were three groups at the office but no waiting was necessary, the process was very smooth. Original driver's license and its translation are sufficient. A kind and patient elderly gentleman assisted us, and the entire process from rental to picking up the car took less than 20 minutes. Very efficient!

Hertz is after all a big company with many customers. I arrived at the store at 7:20 AM and there were already two customers in line. Fortunately, the store is big enough to accommodate three customers at the same time. The staff patiently explained the entire rental process and showed no dissatisfaction when I declined the recommended options. They even personally directed me to the window to demonstrate how to pick up the car at the parking building across the street. Very thoughtful. Thumbs up!!
