Overall, it was quite good. The line was slightly longer compared to other companies, but that's understandable since it's a bit cheaper. The wait time wasn't too long, and the car was in good condition. They seemed to offer me an upgrade to a better car, but I declined, and I didn't choose additional insurance either. The staff reminded me that if I use toll roads, the company would charge me for it. Both pickup and drop-off were very convenient.

Acceptable

The person checking us in (Valerie) was courteous and professional. She offered us an upgrade which we took her up on (FC or IC?). We had the choice of a fast car, a Toyota Camry or Van. As a family we decided on the Chrysler Pacifica which was a modern van and great to drive.

Emails about the booking, receipt, etc were accurate and timely.

Car provided didn't have 4WD as requested. In order to get this we had to pay extra for RSP - when we needed to call the service centre the operator was totally useless and we ended up having to sort the issue ourselves

We requested a 4WD car but were told that the car class we had booked didn't have 4WD. Easyrentcars should have informed us of this or should make their website clearer
