I declined, saying I preferred the full-to-full fuel policy. The salesperson immediately became rude, laughed loudly without any manners, and even complained to colleagues and other customers. Well, let them laugh! In any case, they failed to get their way. I just want to tell everyone: don't go for cheap options, and never rent from Hertz again!
