The car rental company is a 5-minute drive from the airport, with a shuttle service that is fairly quick. We waited a short while to get the car, and when returning it during business hours, they did a quick check and then took us to the airport. We soon received a return email. Overall, aside from the car being a bit old, it was a pretty good experience.

The car rental service was excellent, staff friendly, no scams or aggressive upselling. They offered a free upgrade without extra charges. Outstanding service!

The service attitude of the store staff is mediocre, and there is no Chinese service. I remember the order mentioned Chinese service, but the staff were Indian with heavy accents.

The entire process was simple and clear.
