Pretty good, both pick-up and drop-off.

There were undisclosed potential taxes, but they were directly deducted. The rental showed 11,000 in the order, but more than 1,000 in additional taxes were charged. Very bad experience.

The car pickup process was very quick. After checking the documents and papers, I could pick up the car in the parking lot myself, which was very convenient. I recommend using Google Maps for directions to the store. The Milan train station store is easy to find. I returned the car at the Verona train station where the store is at the gas station.

Terrible check in. 2.5 hours to get a car!!!! Insane. Like a Charlie Chaplin movie. Everybody was complaining.
