When returning the car at Stavanger Airport, there were no specific instructions, just an address that our GPS couldn't locate. When we called for help, we were given incorrect directions, causing our group of five to drive around the airport for over an hour and miss our flight, which was a huge loss!

I booked the car for the weekend, but the foreign staff was off duty. One employee made a special trip to come, unfortunately, he was late. While waiting, you start to question your life choices, feeling fooled. No calls to inform or contact options. Sigh!
