We didn't check thoroughly at the start. After four to five days of driving, the weather got hot, and we found the air conditioning wasn't working. After reporting to customer service, their staff gave us a replacement vehicle (which took a six-hour round trip). Really appreciated their effort! Great service! Thank you!

Process of rental was easy and staff was very helpful

Easy to use app

The staff were friendly and courteous. The car was damaged and had noted damage stickers ALL over the vehicle which was embarrassing when the vehicle was parked to think people might have thought we were bad drivers. The vehicle itself was dirty with crushed biscuits and cheese in the back.

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.
