“Goldcar is probably the worst rental car company in Europe. Impolite and mean people at the counter.”

You are the worst rental car company in Europe, people at the counter are mean and disrespectful. Prices are competitive but I prefer to pay more and being treated as a human being. I would like to know if you would like to be treated the same way, if the answer is no, then act accordingly and train your people or fire them.
