The staff were efficient and provided detailed explanations without pushing for insurance sales.

The car rental service was excellent, and they upgraded the vehicle model.

We requested to use UnionPay but the charge was still in the local currency. They pushed for insurance, which is more expensive there, but it can be less hassle in case of an incident. The car was relatively new and in good condition. Inexplicably, an additional amount of about ten Australian dollars was charged to my credit card three days later. I asked for an explanation but received no reply.

Although the booked model was different from the original, the car was very new and clean, and the service was good.
