Not bad, better than Sixt, Sixt is a huge rip-off.

Hertz should eliminate any possibility that important parts like back lagguage cover are missing.

Checkin was smooth; but the pickup time was almost an hour as there was no car available. There was also no staff at the pickup point, so we just have to take the next car that was available when our turn was up. Condition of the 1st 2 cars was bad; we had to wait for the next available one.

Very well; no issue. Had a query, it was responsively answered.

Love Hertz received warm welcome, shown kindness, received car booked in excellent condition. Easy car return very happy.

Wouldn’t consider any other company for my car hire needs.
