I've rented cars many times, and this is the first time I've encountered hidden charges that I was unaware of, which were forcefully added. I've applied for after-sales service, and a week has passed with no resolution. Where is the efficiency?

After they realized I was only with one other person, they downgraded me to a Jeep Compass. Their attitude was mediocre.

Waited a long time to get the car because the model I reserved wasn't available. They eventually gave me a Jeep, but it was an older model. It looked larger, but had less luggage space than the full-size sedan I originally booked.

The vehicle was relatively new, pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple, and the staff was friendly.

I rented a Ford Escape. The counter staff suggested that they would try to see if they could upgrade our car for free. They helped us upgrade to a Toyota 4Runner which was great. The staff claimed it would be free. But I was charged the upgrade free in the end which I overlooked in the small print and signed for.
