Very satisfied, straightforward process, no hidden charges!

Terrible rental company, charging $100 insurance fee in the name of a deposit.

Picked up the car on Friday night with a wait time of more than two hours. The staff attitude was okay, but the long wait time resulted in a poor experience. The other two times were fine with no issues.

Very poor service, no one paid any attention to me. When returning the car, they overcharged me and couldn't explain it clearly. I returned the car one hour late and was charged a lot more money without any reason.

Our order included an additional driver, but the staff told us their system did not show it and that we had to pay extra. They said they checked multiple times and confirmed it was not there, so we ended up paying an additional 300 RMB. Moreover, the counter staff kept insisting that our car was insufficient and pushed us to upgrade to a better model, which we adamantly refused. In reality, the car we rented was completely adequate. We are very dissatisfied with the counter staff, as they had no intention of solving the problem. We will never rent from Budget again; their service is as cheap as their name suggests!
