I booked a fuel car, but they told me only electric cars were available upon arrival. It's so frustrating! Using electric cars in the UK is really inconvenient, and the charging fees are expensive. I returned the car on Sunday, but the rental company was closed, so they made me rent an extra day. Ridiculous! They didn't explain any of this when I picked up the car.

Shouqi Car Rental's partner in the UK is Europcar. When the vehicle had issues, they couldn't provide adequate assistance, and the phone number listed on the order was always an automated voice system, making communication difficult. I hope they can change their partner company.

There was a long wait to pick up the car. After completing the paperwork, it took a very long time for the car to be brought out, and we couldn't get it at the scheduled time. The staff indicated that we could extend the return time. However, when we returned the car according to the extended time, we were still charged for being late after returning to our country! Extremely unfair!

I rented two Mercedes E-Class cars, but was given an A-Class and a Hyundai hatchback instead, and they kept insisting they were the same category. Later they claimed as long as it's a Mercedes, it's fine. When we pointed out one was a Hyundai, they had no explanation. We ended up not picking up the car, had to call international customer service to switch companies, wasted three hours and almost an hour on international calls. Terrible service.

The rental location was relatively easy to find, had to wait a bit during pickup, but overall it was convenient and fast.
