The queue was extremely long, each person took 15 minutes to process and the staff were very impatient. I reserved a BMW X1 but got a Peugeot 2008 instead; they said it's the same class but which Chinese person would agree with that? I couldn't understand the deposit payment slip and they couldn't be bothered to explain.

We rented a Touran for four people because it has a large trunk that can hold four people's luggage. However, on the day of pickup, we were given a small BMW. The luggage barely fit, let alone any shopping! Poor experience.

Good service attitude, didn't have to wait long. However, I was very unhappy with the random car model change. Check my final comment for more details.

Overall, it was a good experience.

Poor service. When we returned the car, we showed them the penalty ticket and asked if anything needed to be done. They said there was no problem, but later they brought up the ticket again and charged a service fee without helping to resolve it. I've never seen such a terrible company.
