Originally, renting the car was supposed to cost me around 5,000 RMB, but due to the website's issues, it caused me significant financial loss, and the website didn't take responsibility.

There was a bit of a line when picking up the car at San Francisco Airport, waited for about ten minutes. The car was in good condition with a decent selection of models. Returning the car near Los Angeles Airport was very convenient and quick, just checked the engine start and general condition, took only three minutes. Overall, this car rental company is pretty good.
