BRC’s car always exceed expectations as they are such terrific value for money, clean economic and a pleasure to drive.

Booking platform performs just fine. Easy to follow.

This rental company is very bad. 1. The pick-up service was over an hour late. 2. The car they provided was in poor condition and the charging port didn't work. 3. They charged us unfairly after returning the car, insisting the tank wasn't full even though we had just filled it up, costing us several extra NZD.

Lovely car and staff. Excellent run through North Island but car rental drop off was remote in Wellington. And there was no transport to get us back to City centre. BCR staff on duty was awesome He got us an Uber, because the Wellington taxi didn't turn up. Either he or the company paid for the Uber-VERY IMPRESSED with his tenacity and problem solving.
