Got really confused today! The return location was the Avis store at Jordan’s Aqaba Airport. When I got there, they said the store was gone! Totally shocked! Luckily, a staff member from another car rental company passing by called the city’s Avis store and had them rush to the airport to solve the problem! Caused a headache! It delayed us by an hour and a half! The Avis staff also charged us 15 Jordanian Dinar!

The store address was incorrect, making it hard to find. The rented car didn't have proper registration, leading to police questioning and a fine.
