When I called customer service, they told me they had closed for the day and that the message I received was an automated reply. They promised to send a car right away, but I had to wait another half hour.

The rental company promptly contacted us before departure to discuss the itinerary, quickly answered various questions, and provided relevant guidance. There were shuttle services from the airport. The process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient and straightforward.
