They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charge the 2000.00 security deposit. i called my CC company in front of them and they told me that there was no transaction being made. They lied and said it declined because they wanted me to pay for insurance when i had proof of my OWN. i fought with him and he showed care in the world. what a shame.

Right Car rental should be wipe out of business. They are rip of company, as well as Economy rentals - the same strategy to lure customers with low price, charging them 2 or 3 times more than originally stated. Right cars is an awful company. They forced me to purchase liability insurance and then didn't actually let me use it when there was a situation where a lady next to my rental car claimed that the passenger side door hit her car. There was no damage to the passenger side door, at all, but the lady was awful and Right Cars' customer service was the PITS! Finding the drop off location was a nightmare and having someone help was bad, too.

These guys are scam. They force to sell insurance even though you don't need and own it. They require over $300000 in every category. ex) you need over $300000 in property dmg and uninsured even through that amount were not revealed in terms.

The cars front bumper was falling off, and it had all kinds of dings on it. The paperwork was printed so small you couldn’t hardly read it and had all these rediculous added fees that they tried to get me to agree to. They said they couldn’t take my insurance and I had to get there’s. I argued and they finally took mine. It was a big deal trying to get a shuttle from the airport to the car rental place. We waited over 45 min for the van. I called them 3 times before someone finally showed up.
