Right Car rental should be wipe out of business. They are rip of company, as well as Economy rentals - the same strategy to lure customers with low price, charging them 2 or 3 times more than originally stated. We ended up cancelling our rentals, since they denied our personal insurance with $2,000.000 liability insurance coverage( they requirement is $300,000)? Basically, they are counting on your tiredness, and brazen requests you will have no other choices. I had cancelled my reservation on the spot, which person at the counter gladly proceeded with. Their raining should be 0, and no advertisement on car rentals web pages at all. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM,SCAM....

Rental car provider refuses to honor reservation with proper pre-paid insurance. Force customer to buy additional insurance or not rent at all. We were forced to walk.

Worst experience ever, never booking with this company again, and telling everyone i know never to book them either.

The platform was okay no issues

This is an scam!!! You end paying much more than the amount quoted. Insurance policy is the worst. They force you to buy their insurance even when you do not need it. And you can not cancel your reservation because they refuse to do it there and their automated system goes over and over to the selection option. Cancel your reservation is impossible. Do not rent cars with this company, they are liars. And they don't give you the car you selected even when you have paid more than standard.

Do not rent from this fraudulent operation. First, when I booked an ''airport pickup'' I did not realize I would have to take TWO shuttles to get there, this took about 1 hour. But this was the least of my problems. Right-Cars is a literal scam operation. I really cannot understand how with countless reviews confirming mine that they are still in business. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE my trip. So here is how the scam works: 1) They offered a price that appears cheaper than the others online, so I booked my car. 2) Once you get to their counter they say that you have to pay for their damage and liability insurance. I said that my card covers that. They replied that my card would cover damage but I still had to pay liability insurance unless I had my own. Luckily I had proof of my own personal liability insurance with La Capitale Insurance and presented it to them. He said that he would just have to confirm with his manager that this insurance was acceptable but that their manager was not there at the moment. He told me that in the meantime I would need to sign acceptance of their insurance for 169,40$ USD and give an additional 200$ USD deposit but not to worry as they would not actually claim it from my credit card company. They said it was just a deposit. 3) They force you to take their ''SunPAss for tolls'' and when I said I did not want it (at 15$ USD per day plus toll charges) they became very rude and aggressive. I should have left right there and then but to rent somewhere else last minute was 3 times the price so I decided to still accept the car. The car was dirty and old. When I got back from my trip they billed me all the above extras without my authorization. My credit card company is now suing them to get refunded. Whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEFS!!
