The supplier forced me to change the car model, claiming they didn't have the one I originally booked. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, they still forced the change as I urgently needed a car. Additionally, although I had already paid for various insurances online, the foreign store ignored them and charged me again. Their attitude was extremely bad.

I arrived 4 hours early and asked the staff if it was possible to pick up the car earlier. They recommended an Audi and even though I asked twice, they said it was the same price. However, upon returning the car, I was charged over 300 euros more. The staff in Madrid confirmed that the price had increased.

We prepaid for the full amount, but due to a flight delay of over two hours, the rental company gave our reserved car to someone else. We had to wait at the airport for more than an hour, and the car they eventually provided was very dirty, with bird droppings on it.

Car was in a different terminal than where I landed....Europcar was kind enough to bring it to where I was. Though the car was in a usable but damaged condition at various places. They were kind enough to note the same on the contract but I expected to get a car in good condition.
