Easyrent Cars are very good to deal with.

When arriving at the store, there was nobody available. The staff entered all the data, and an additional 84 AUD was charged for one person driving.

The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.

Like: The staff at pick up is friendly but staff at drop off is not friendly.
Dislike: I was told that cash is accepted at drop off counter, but then when I wanted to make cash payment over drop off counter, the staff told me only credit card is accepted.
