Overall, it was great. However, on the first day, we rented a child seat, and the staff member was inexperienced. She told us that the fee would be daily without a cap, which made us worry about the cost over 50 days! We quickly bought one and they delivered it the next day, then told us there was actually a cap. This back and forth cost us time and fuel, and we ended up with an extra child seat...

The car wasn’t powerful enough for hilly roads, wasn’t the best is wet condition

The car was a good size for us and met our expectations. We thought the fees we were charged for using a toll road were excessive.
