Cheaper rental rates, but dont expect the newest car. Nonetheless, vehicle was very well maintained, very clean, and functioned perfectly during our trip. Served its purpose.

Smooth booking as always. However, the price drop protector is set a little too low, and did not trigger when prices dropped. best to manually check.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The car was damaged and had noted damage stickers ALL over the vehicle which was embarrassing when the vehicle was parked to think people might have thought we were bad drivers. The vehicle itself was dirty with crushed biscuits and cheese in the back.

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
