The car was in excellent condition, the latest version of Prado with a large screen navigation system, two Type-C charging ports, one HDMI port, 360-degree surround-view radar, and a very effective air conditioner!

The staff at Ezi Car Rental were very friendly and the procedures were simple. We purchased the super comprehensive insurance from the QEEQ platform, and the rental company didn't try to sell us their own insurance. The vehicle was very new, even equipped with a heads-up display and adaptive cruise control. Adaptive cruise control is an amazing feature in New Zealand, almost equivalent to autopilot.

The service attitude of the store staff is mediocre, and there is no Chinese service. I remember the order mentioned Chinese service, but the staff were Indian with heavy accents.

The front desk is entirely in English, which can be confusing for those who are not fluent.
