The store was easy to find, just across the street from the terminal. Though there was a peak rental period and I had to wait in line for a while, the paperwork was processed quickly. They didn't aggressively sell insurance, and once they copied my documents and handed me the keys, I was good to go! Exiting the parking lot was smooth.

This is a terrible car rental company. They gave me a broken car with a dead battery that can't charge itself, making it impossible to start. This ruined two days of my trip! Afterwards, they kept charging my credit card without providing any invoices. My time in Melbourne was ruined because of this car issue. Never go for these big name companies again. Garbage! Cheaters!
