“Did not meet my expectations”

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.

only one counter person to help about 12 people--she was very very rude & not very helpful--will never rent there again because of her.

The vehicle delivered was no comparison to what I wanted - They pushed an off the road jeep on us that we drove just down the block and it was the most horrible ride..We turned right around and they put us in a Kia Forte which was a lot better. It drove great and got good gas mileage
