This company is a scam. The rental cost over 400 euros and included basic insurance. However, at the counter, I was told there was a 2000 euro deposit and a 180 euro fee for transactions. They then tried to sell me full insurance, saying it would waive the fee and be cheaper than 180 euros. I needed the car urgently, so I had to spend another 1700 RMB on insurance and got totally ripped off! Currently, I'm in the process of filing a complaint.

Car Price is good BUT they CHARGE your credit card the deposit of 1500 euro and not put a HOLD on the amount. Thus the currency exchange loss in credit card conversion back n forth ends up USD80 extra. Refuse to take Debit card. So unless you hv credit card in EUR currency, not recommanded to rent from them.

GoldCar is a FRAUD. I said clearly I am not interested in buying extra insurance. they took money from my credit card without my consent for insurance I never wanted. they do not even answer my emails. I will report it to police ASAP.

Je lui dit que j avais déjà payé 112 € ,elle me réponds vous ne croyez pas que vous vous pouvez louer un voiture pour 112€ Refusé de prendre ma caution Si je ne payais pas impossible de récupérer la voiture . Coût total de la location 464,37 € un honte j'appelle cela du vol ou de la vente forcé.
