The company staff were very professional. Pickup and drop-off were at the same location, near Milan Central Station, just a ten-minute walk following Google Maps.

Not very friendly to Chinese customers

I booked a microcar through QEEQ at the Hertz location in Milan's central train station. However, I couldn't find the location based on the given address and had to wander around a lot before eventually locating it on a side street near the station. Since there were few people, the paperwork was processed fairly quickly. As I planned to return the car in France, the staff offered me a free upgrade to an SUV that had been driven from France. However, the final charge increased from the originally booked price of 680 euros to 850 euros at checkout. Due to urgent matters, I had no choice but to accept the higher cost.

The car pickup process was very quick. After checking the documents and papers, I could pick up the car in the parking lot myself, which was very convenient. I recommend using Google Maps for directions to the store. The Milan train station store is easy to find. I returned the car at the Verona train station where the store is at the gas station.

The reception point is small and hard to find, but the staff are very friendly and provide detailed instructions on precautions. There weren't many people, so no need to queue. A pleasant surprise was that we got an upgrade to a Grand Cherokee, which we love!
